It is a myth that drink-driving rules do not apply to canals, they do!

We will not allow excessive amounts of alcohol to be taken on board and we will decline to hand over the boat where we feel this might be an issue.

​

We do not want to spoil your enjoyment on our lovely day boat but there must at all times be at least two people within the legal alcohol limit.

​

Alcohol consumption by the rest of the crew needs to be an acceptable amount. It must not impede their ability to conduct themselves in a safe manner.

​

As per our terms and conditions if any boat crew is reported causing disruption on the Waterways then they will be escorted from the boat and all payments and security deposits will be forfeited.

 

This is not a booze cruise.
